hi all, first post!​

Looking for guidance on my query: “What issue do I have to tackle to be successful?” I asked this after getting a less than enthusiastic 35.4 regarding success in my new job. ​

I had left work about 1.5 years ago after several stressful years to take care of my well being and spend time with my young children. Now that I am about to go back to work, I’m looking for clarity on what challenges I can face head on to ensure success.

I’m thinking this may have something to do with boundaries, and owning something about myself in a new way this time around?

I read 37.5 as very positive for you, as it indicates someone highly esteemed by his group, probably the leader, whose leadership is achieved both through the official position he holds and through the relationships he establishes with all the other members of the group.

The relationship of influence, positive, but impregnated with softness and gentleness, and a certain insecurity, is generally established with all the members of the group, but mainly with those who are in a subordinate position and who often expect from the person of the fifth line a response, a result.

At you don’t yet know what the various issues will be at work, I see 37 literally referring to your home and advising you to make your home and children your number one priority. Be clear that whether this job is exciting and rewarding or boring and stressful none of that really matters if it’s serving your primary goal of creating a good life for your family. Have the attitude that this job is a great blessing because it is helping you be a good provider. Maybe that perspective will allow you to deal with irksome realities because you will see Potential (22.)

I read the 37.5 “The king enters his own home” and think of the Beatles Hard Day’s Night lyric, “When I’m home, everything’s going to be right.”
